Studio Guidelines & Policies
Arrival time
To ensure a relaxed and unhurried experience, please arrive 5 minutes before your session. We’ll greet you in the waiting area when we're ready for you.
Draping
Your comfort is our priority. Clients are always modestly draped, with only the area being massaged undraped.
Conversation
This is your time—feel free to chat or enjoy the quiet. We’ll follow your lead.
Behavior
Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual.
Any advance or inappropriate behavior will immediately end the session at full cost, without a refund.
Please switch your phone to silent and be mindful of noise levels.
Health & Safety
Some members of our community are at higher risk. We're happy to wear a mask upon request.
If you are experiencing cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms or have had a recent exposure, please reschedule for another time.
Cleanliness protocols:
Fresh linens for every session
Disinfected surfaces between clients
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance online.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Appointments booked within the 24-hour window are still subject to this policy.
Future bookings may require pre-payment.
Late & No-show Policy
If you’re running late, you have a 20-minute grace period, but your session will still end at the scheduled time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Return Policy
As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds on services provided.
