Arrival time
To ensure a full and unrushed experience, please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
I will come get you in the waiting room when I am ready for you.
Draping
Clients are always modestly draped; only the area massaged will be undraped.
Conversation
You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. The conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.
Behavior
Massage therapy is non-sexual in nature. Any advancement made will terminate the session at full cost without a refund.
Please switch your phone to silent and be mindful of noise levels.

Some members of our community are at higher risk and I am happy to wear a mask during your service upon request.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or have had a recent exposure to Covid-19, please reschedule.
Cleanliness protocols
Fresh linens are used for each session.
Surfaces are disinfected between clients.
Cancellation
Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so online at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.
Future bookings may require pre-payment.
Late & no-show policy
You can be up to 20 minutes late after your appointment time, but the session will end at the scheduled time.
Any later than 20 minutes and it will be considered a no-show, which is subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.
Return policy
As a service-based business, we do not provide any returns on services provided.
