Massage & studio

Arrival time

  • To ensure a full and unrushed experience, please arrive about 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.

  • I will come get you in the waiting room when I am ready for you.

Draping

  • Clients are always modestly draped; only the area massaged will be undraped.

Conversation

  • You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. The conversation will be guided by the client’s direction. 

Behavior

  • Massage therapy is non-sexual in nature. Any advancement made will terminate the session at full cost without a refund.

  • Please switch your phone to silent and be mindful of noise levels.

  • Some members of our community are at higher risk and I am happy to wear a mask during your service upon request.

  • If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms or have had a recent exposure to Covid-19, please reschedule.

Cleanliness protocols

  • Fresh linens are used for each session.

  • Surfaces are disinfected between clients.

Cancellation

Cancellation

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so online at least 24 hours before the appointment date.

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • Future bookings may require pre-payment.

Late & no-show policy

  • You can be up to 20 minutes late after your appointment time, but the session will end at the scheduled time.

  • Any later than 20 minutes and it will be considered a no-show, which is subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost. 

Return policy

  • As a service-based business, we do not provide any returns on services provided.
